Completed in 2004 our community offers a variety of homes built by Scarborough & Orleans. Our 325 homes range in size from 1500 to 3000 square feet. Cottage style homes have a one car garage while the larger homes have two car garages. Homes are generously spaced apart on winding courts and drives surrounded by lush, protected community common grounds and green space.
Village Greenes is beautifully maintained with grass cutting and snow removal services provided by the community association to which every homeowner belongs. Our Landscape Committee along with our Covenant Committee ensures that the exterior of all of our homes are well maintained within the association guidelines. Village Greenes offers low-maintenance living, which gives residents more time to devote to leisure, activities, and socializing with their like-minded neighbors.
