The Village Greenes Board of Trustees (BOT):
- Working Sessions are held the first Friday morning of every month at 9:00am in the Clubhouse Meeting Room. Homeowners are welcome to attend. If you have an issue or concern that you would like to bring to the BOT attention, contact the office manager by close-of-business on the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
- Homeowners Open Meetings are held when needed. Homeowners are kept informed through the weekly eMail updates, monthly community newsletter, and special eMail updates.
The annual Homeowner Budget Meeting is held in November.
